Any booking will require a 20% deposit. This deposit will taken off the final balance at the end of the appointment, please note that the fee is non-refundable and will be used as a cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled without 48 hours of notice.  Failure to pay the deposit is cancellation of your appointment.
 

 We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

If you have paid a deposit and do need to rebook and have provided 48 hours notice minimum then the depsoit will be carried over to the next appointment.

 Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a service, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a complimentary adjustment first before any refunds are considered.

For products, exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days if the item is at least 85% full and you have a receipt. Refunds are only offered after all other options have been explored.

 Hair Purchased Through Us:
Once hair has been purchased and fitted, we do not offer refunds. If you have any issues, we will first offer adjustments or corrections. Refunds are only considered if all other options have been exhausted. 

BYO (Bring Your Own) Hair:
When you bring your own hair, we are not responsible for the quality, durability, or performance of the hair. No refunds or guarantees apply to services using BYO hair.
